SET OF EIGHT SHARPENING STONES WITH DIAMOND LAPPING CUTS
- Case containing components for finishing the blade after grit 1000 diamonds.
- Finishing the edge with diamond abrasive lapping stones in a polymer matrix.
- Case features foam lining for organization and protection of individual parts.
- 4 pairs of adhesive-backed duralumin stones with 1500, 2000, 3000, 5000 grit diamond abrasives
- 8 spare diamond sharpening cuts 2x 1500 grit, 2x 2000 grit, 2x 3000 grit, 2x 5000 grit
- Lapping of the blade is done by moving in the direction of the blade - the cuts are designed for dry grinding, but it is also possible to use wet with water or oil.
Applying spare sharpening cuts: The lapping cuts have their own adhesive layer. The cover paper of the adhesive layer is peeled off and the lapping cut is placed on the duralumin holder and pressed.
