The RCBS Small Base Sizer Die Set is designed specifically for reloading bottleneck cases that will be used in tight-chambering semi-automatic, pump, or lever-action rifles.

RCBS's Neck Sizer Die features an Expander-Decapping Unit. It resizes the case neck only (it doesn't touch the shoulder or body) and de-primes.
